Moving company in Delray Beach, FL
Short move but I had a lot of boxes. They brought a dolly and moved everything fast. Took about three hours. My cat was hiding. They found her and made sure didn't escape.
Small move. They were on time and worked quickly. I was eating lunch when they finished. Nothing broken. Price was fair.
Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. The crew was polite and careful. Wrapped my TV and mirrors. Took about 5 hours. My cat hid under the bed. They didn't care. Everything was fine.
Crew of four handled our three-bedroom move from Deerfield Beach to Fort Lauderdale. The coordinator had pre-planned the truck loading by room, which made unloading faster at the destination. The movers worked through a humid South Florida afternoon without cutting corners. The kids' furniture was prioritized at the destination as we'd requested. Price matched the estimate.
The actual move from Boise to Eagle went well. Crew arrived on time, worked carefully, nothing was damaged. My issue was pre-move communication — getting confirmation took longer than it should have and I had to follow up more than once. The coordinator eventually resolved it but it added stress ahead of an already stressful day. Price matched the quote.
Moved our family of four. The crew was patient with our kids. They loaded everything and even helped position furniture. Took a full day. No damage. My wife was happy.
Moving from Florida to California is not simple. West Star's coordinator managed the logistics at both ends. The GPS tracking was something we checked daily during the five-day transit window. The guaranteed delivery window was accurate and everything arrived in good condition. A few boxes had minor surface wear from the distance but nothing inside was affected. Would do it again.
The movers were friendly and handled my furniture with care. But they arrived about 30 minutes late and nobody called ahead to let me know. The communication in the days leading up to the move was also slow — I had to call to confirm the window. Final price was close to the quote. Good movers, but the logistics coordination needs work.
Moving a tech company means server racks, workstations, and equipment that cannot be mishandled. West Star scheduled a two-night move to minimize downtime. Everything was connected and operational when we opened. The coordinator planned the staging clearly. One monitor stand needed reassembly guidance but the crew figured it out quickly. Good commercial execution for a tech office move.
Moved from St. Pete to Sarasota. The crew was friendly. They wrapped my mirrors and TV. Took about five hours. I was on a work call. Everything was fine.
