Great with fragile kitchen items

The challenge came when a vintage hutch wouldn’t clear the new apartment’s entry – they removed the legs and the top molding piece, got it inside, and put everything back perfectly. I had a studio’s worth of furniture plus a storage unit full of boxes—awkward mix. West Star sent a two-person team that loaded everything logically. The challenge was a heavy old safe that two of us couldn’t budge. They used a shoulder dolly and slid it onto the truck like it weighed nothing. No grunting or complaining. My issue was a bulky desk that barely fit through the door – they tilted and pivoted it out without damaging the frame or the desk legs.
