Moving company in Delray Beach, FL
Small studio move. They showed up on time and got to work. I was still packing when they arrived but they helped me finish. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. Price was what they quoted.
The Complete Care System lived up to its description. The coordinator confirmed everything two days out, and the crew arrived on time and ready. Furniture was wrapped carefully, the truck was organized by room. Nothing damaged. Final bill matched the quote exactly. The coordinator did a walk-through at the end. Good local Florida move.
Big family move across the state. Four bedrooms and a piano. They brought extra guys for the piano. Took two days. Everything arrived. The piano was in tune. Worth the price.
Moved from St. Pete to Sarasota. The crew was friendly. They wrapped my mirrors and TV. Took about five hours. I was on a work call. Everything was fine.
A long haul from Oregon to Florida with a lot riding on it. The GPS tracking was the feature that gave us the most peace of mind during the five-day transit. Coordinator communicated regularly and proactively. Delivery landed on the guaranteed day. Everything arrived in good condition. For a move of that distance, West Star's communication made it manageable.
Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. The crew was polite and careful. Wrapped my TV and mirrors. Took about 5 hours. My cat hid under the bed. They didn't care. Everything was fine.
Moved my daughter to collage. They were patient and helped carry boxes to the second floor. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. Price was reasonable.
From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.
Two movers, on time, efficient. They wrapped the furniture without prompting and asked about placement at the destination. Done in about two and a half hours. Price matched the estimate. Bed frame reassembled correctly. Nothing was damaged. Simple Idaho move handled without any issues.
Simple Oregon move, two movers. They arrived early and worked efficiently. Asked about placement at the destination rather than just setting things wherever. Done ahead of schedule. Price was fair and matched the quote. My fragile pottery collection was mentioned and wrapped individually. Nothing broke. Good local Oregon move from a careful crew.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. West Star Moving Solutions LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
