Pickup day went really well!!!
Pickup day went really well!!! The team showed up right on time, went over the details, and got to work immediately. Dmitry, Vladimir, and Pavel kept a great pace while still being very careful with boxes and furniture. Everything was packed and loaded properly, nothing felt rushed or sloppy. Overall it was an easy, stress-free experience and I’m very happy with how it went!!

Move from Ventura to Denver (Worst Moving Company in the USA)
I had a very bad experience with West Coast Express Moving and would strongly caution others before booking with them. My pickup was confirmed for February 23rd between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM by Michael Edwards (Senior Consultant). The moving crew never showed up, and I received no advance notice that they were not coming. After reaching out, their driver Miguel told me he was on another job and would not be able to arrive until February 25th, which completely contradicted the confirmed date I was given. I then spoke with Carlos F., their Relocation Services Specialist, who initially told me he could have a driver “tomorrow.” Shortly after, that changed to “maybe tonight.” The constant shifting of timelines and lack of clear communication made it impossible to trust what they were saying. Because of this situation, I had to scramble to find another moving company at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult relocation. The biggest issue was the lack of reliability and inconsistent information. If a company cannot honor confirmed pickup times or communicate honestly when there is a problem, it puts customers in a very difficult position. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this company to find another moving company

Fantastic movers!
Fantastic movers! In addition to being efficient during the move itself, they were very responsive to emails and phone calls. They even repaired a piece of furniture that was damaged during the move. I would absolutely use them again.

Highly recommend them.
My condo sold very quickly and their reviews were very good. On moving day a team of 3 professional men came and quickly and efficiently packed up my 2 BR 2 bath condo at a most reasonable price. They worked very well together and the move was done by early afternoon. I just purchased a new home and I will be enlisting West Coast Express Moving to move the storage to my new home. Highly recommend them.

Worst Experience Ever
Got the ole bait and switch with this company. Salesman Mike assured me every step of the way. Sent him detailed list AND video of every item going, and we even eliminated a bunch after the fact. Got a price that seemed reasonable, until they showed up. Loaded less than half the truck they brought and informed us we had reached our allotted space. Price tripled at that point from 5k to 15k. Was told by salesman how their drivers would be there all the way, only to discover it was to be unloaded into a semi and placed on the message boards for the lowest bidder " we handle all your packing and come with everything" they came with not a single box and then charged us for having to pack.....and drove into town to get boxes. I would have saved money selling it all and using that 15k to start over. What a joke. I will be down rating them everywhere I can and reporting them to bbb. Delivery? Who knows but won't improve this horrible experience. I trusted a supposed "family company". They are about as much family as a pile of stones.

Business Review: West Coast Movers
As someone who coordinates logistics and outreach for a nonprofit, I understand the importance of clear communication and timely service—especially during major life transitions. My experience with West Coast Movers has been deeply disappointing and disruptive. They picked up my household items on July 25, 2025, and as of today, I have still not received my belongings. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I’ve received no meaningful response, no updates, and no resolution. My emails and calls have been ignored, leaving me in the dark for weeks. Because of this delay, I’ve had to purchase clothing, bedding, and essential household goods just to get by. This has created a financial and emotional strain that no customer should have to endure—especially when the issue stems from poor service and a lack of accountability. The customer service has been nonexistent, and I’ve had to take on the burden of drafting formal communications and documenting the impact myself. This experience has not only delayed my ability to resume work, but it has also undermined the trust I placed in this company. West Coast Movers must do better. Transparency, empathy, and follow-through are not optional—they’re the foundation of any service-based business. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the changes necessary to prevent others from going through what I did.

Team were great;
This was my second time using West Coast Express Moving. Dauij and his team were great; they were efficient and professional, which made the moving process seamless. I highly recommend West Coast Express Moving if you're looking at movers in the Hudson County area!

Bait and Switch
My son was moving from a single apt in N Hollywood to Salem Oregon for a new job. I contacted several movers and told them the size of the move, when and where we were going. West Coast sent us paperwork to list all of the items and the number of boxes we were transporting, which we did. They gave us the estimate which was very good and told me it was because they had a load going up already so it would be cheaper than the others if we were flexible on the date. We were and after seeing the estimate we paid our deposit. When the mover arrived he immediately made us pay a $500 fee for shuttle which we had not agreed to. He said pay or we will not transport. Then he re-estimated the load. We had not added a single thing to the load. He agreed we had not but told us that it was more than they had estimated in sq. ft. and and the price was now triple the original estimate. Over $5000. I contacted the company and they said basically to bad. Yes we miscalculated but you either pay it or we will only take half of your load. The driver said he would put half of it in the street If we didn't pay for the whole thing. They had already loaded it. I feel this is a case of bait and switch and I will be taking them to court or arbitration. Do not trust their estimates, especially Randy Fox. They are either very bad at their job or start out with the intent of scamming you. I do not know which.

West Coast Express Moving – ZERO STARS
This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you value your sanity, your money, and your belongings, do not hire West Coast Express Moving or Chiarella Transportation and Relocation Inc. Here’s what happened: • They picked up my mother’s items on May 2, 2025. We didn’t see her belongings again until early September. Four months! • We were originally promised delivery by June 4. Then, after the fact, they claimed they had “30 days from that date” to deliver. Total bait and switch. • They doubled the charges after her things were already on the truck, leaving us no choice but to pay under pressure. • They rarely answered phones or emails, and when they did, they were dismissive, rude, and dishonest. • We caught them in multiple lies about delivery dates. Calls were hung up on, texts ignored, emails never returned. This company operates with zero integrity. They lie, they dodge responsibility, they extort more money mid-move, and they treat customers with absolute disrespect. Save yourself the nightmare—do not use West Coast Express Moving under any circumstances. I wouldn’t trust them to move a single box across the street.

This is a great company to use. They were prompt, friendly, and made sure handle everything with care. Nothing was damaged and the price was lower than other company’s quotes. I would definitely use them again for any future moves.
