very professional and “painless
From the initial phone call with Melissa to the final payment everything was very professional and “painless”. We actually used their services twice in a 30 day or so period as my parents were moving to Ocala so they were able to unload the truck into their storage unit then once the house was closed sent another crew to reload a truck out of the storage unit then unload it at their new house.

West Coast Express Moving is the BEST
West Coast Express Moving is the BEST! I have used them three times now, twice within Manhattan and today from the city to Westchester. Every time they are so communicative, beyond fairly priced, on time, and always so nice and helpful!

Excellent!
We didn't feel like we had to watch them, as you do some movers, so we could concentrate on where to put things. A great experience! My only note would be to give us call right before they left for this early am appt so that we could have been completely prepared for them. They were patient with us, which i also appreciated. Excellent!

Such an amazing staff, show up on time. Very polite and took care about f my furniture like it was there stuff. They took there time make sure everything get delivered fine. I moved to my new house, I was very happy with there service they put everything as it was. I will always recommend them! Thanks you guys for the great work.

They were so quick,
I've moved many times, and this was by far the best experience. They were on time, careful with my belongings, and super friendly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Moving is never fun, but they made it enjoyable. They were so quick, I was able to set up my place while they were finishing unloading.

West Coast Express Moving – ZERO STARS
This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you value your sanity, your money, and your belongings, do not hire West Coast Express Moving or Chiarella Transportation and Relocation Inc. Here’s what happened: • They picked up my mother’s items on May 2, 2025. We didn’t see her belongings again until early September. Four months! • We were originally promised delivery by June 4. Then, after the fact, they claimed they had “30 days from that date” to deliver. Total bait and switch. • They doubled the charges after her things were already on the truck, leaving us no choice but to pay under pressure. • They rarely answered phones or emails, and when they did, they were dismissive, rude, and dishonest. • We caught them in multiple lies about delivery dates. Calls were hung up on, texts ignored, emails never returned. This company operates with zero integrity. They lie, they dodge responsibility, they extort more money mid-move, and they treat customers with absolute disrespect. Save yourself the nightmare—do not use West Coast Express Moving under any circumstances. I wouldn’t trust them to move a single box across the street.

Move from Ventura to Denver (Worst Moving Company in the USA)
I had a very bad experience with West Coast Express Moving and would strongly caution others before booking with them. My pickup was confirmed for February 23rd between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM by Michael Edwards (Senior Consultant). The moving crew never showed up, and I received no advance notice that they were not coming. After reaching out, their driver Miguel told me he was on another job and would not be able to arrive until February 25th, which completely contradicted the confirmed date I was given. I then spoke with Carlos F., their Relocation Services Specialist, who initially told me he could have a driver “tomorrow.” Shortly after, that changed to “maybe tonight.” The constant shifting of timelines and lack of clear communication made it impossible to trust what they were saying. Because of this situation, I had to scramble to find another moving company at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult relocation. The biggest issue was the lack of reliability and inconsistent information. If a company cannot honor confirmed pickup times or communicate honestly when there is a problem, it puts customers in a very difficult position. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this company to find another moving company

Recommend this company hands down!
I’ve experienced many moving companies and these guys were by far the best. From professionalism, communication, coordination, efficiency, our crew (led by Russ) was fantastic! We were not present at the delivery location, but they communicated their progress with us, sending us picture and time updates which really gave us peace of mind. Recommend this company hands down!

Awesome job. All guys were professional and polite. AND they hustle! Nothing was damaged and they take particular attention to make sure items were wrapped and protected - would highly recommend
