Business Review: West Coast Movers
As someone who coordinates logistics and outreach for a nonprofit, I understand the importance of clear communication and timely service—especially during major life transitions. My experience with West Coast Movers has been deeply disappointing and disruptive. They picked up my household items on July 25, 2025, and as of today, I have still not received my belongings. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I’ve received no meaningful response, no updates, and no resolution. My emails and calls have been ignored, leaving me in the dark for weeks. Because of this delay, I’ve had to purchase clothing, bedding, and essential household goods just to get by. This has created a financial and emotional strain that no customer should have to endure—especially when the issue stems from poor service and a lack of accountability. The customer service has been nonexistent, and I’ve had to take on the burden of drafting formal communications and documenting the impact myself. This experience has not only delayed my ability to resume work, but it has also undermined the trust I placed in this company. West Coast Movers must do better. Transparency, empathy, and follow-through are not optional—they’re the foundation of any service-based business. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the changes necessary to prevent others from going through what I did.

very professional and “painless
From the initial phone call with Melissa to the final payment everything was very professional and “painless”. We actually used their services twice in a 30 day or so period as my parents were moving to Ocala so they were able to unload the truck into their storage unit then once the house was closed sent another crew to reload a truck out of the storage unit then unload it at their new house.

Awesome job. All guys were professional and polite. AND they hustle! Nothing was damaged and they take particular attention to make sure items were wrapped and protected - would highly recommend

West Coast Express Moving is the BEST
West Coast Express Moving is the BEST! I have used them three times now, twice within Manhattan and today from the city to Westchester. Every time they are so communicative, beyond fairly priced, on time, and always so nice and helpful!

West Coast Express Moving did a great job
West Coast Express Moving did a great job!! Seaver was a pleasure to work with in plan I g the move. The men working were very organized and took care of the items they were packing up.They did a great job lvi g item from one location to several of my locations in the way. They were careful in the homes furniture was brought to and set up the items in the houses. I would recommend West Coast Express Moving and use again personally.

Worst Experience Ever
Got the ole bait and switch with this company. Salesman Mike assured me every step of the way. Sent him detailed list AND video of every item going, and we even eliminated a bunch after the fact. Got a price that seemed reasonable, until they showed up. Loaded less than half the truck they brought and informed us we had reached our allotted space. Price tripled at that point from 5k to 15k. Was told by salesman how their drivers would be there all the way, only to discover it was to be unloaded into a semi and placed on the message boards for the lowest bidder " we handle all your packing and come with everything" they came with not a single box and then charged us for having to pack.....and drove into town to get boxes. I would have saved money selling it all and using that 15k to start over. What a joke. I will be down rating them everywhere I can and reporting them to bbb. Delivery? Who knows but won't improve this horrible experience. I trusted a supposed "family company". They are about as much family as a pile of stones.

Andrew did a fantastic job with our move. Went above and beyond in helping us assemble our furniture and helping place everything in the desired rooms. He even made sure to say hello to our dog. Will be letting our friends of the great service and recommending!!!

Highly recommend them.
West Coast Express Moving sent three hardworking young men. They didn't waste any time and completed, the job two hours earlier. They took extra care in wrapping my items. Highly recommend them.

They were so quick,
I've moved many times, and this was by far the best experience. They were on time, careful with my belongings, and super friendly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Moving is never fun, but they made it enjoyable. They were so quick, I was able to set up my place while they were finishing unloading.
