Move from Ventura to Denver (Worst Moving Company in the USA)
I had a very bad experience with West Coast Express Moving and would strongly caution others before booking with them. My pickup was confirmed for February 23rd between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM by Michael Edwards (Senior Consultant). The moving crew never showed up, and I received no advance notice that they were not coming. After reaching out, their driver Miguel told me he was on another job and would not be able to arrive until February 25th, which completely contradicted the confirmed date I was given. I then spoke with Carlos F., their Relocation Services Specialist, who initially told me he could have a driver “tomorrow.” Shortly after, that changed to “maybe tonight.” The constant shifting of timelines and lack of clear communication made it impossible to trust what they were saying. Because of this situation, I had to scramble to find another moving company at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult relocation. The biggest issue was the lack of reliability and inconsistent information. If a company cannot honor confirmed pickup times or communicate honestly when there is a problem, it puts customers in a very difficult position. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this company to find another moving company

very professional and “painless
From the initial phone call with Melissa to the final payment everything was very professional and “painless”. We actually used their services twice in a 30 day or so period as my parents were moving to Ocala so they were able to unload the truck into their storage unit then once the house was closed sent another crew to reload a truck out of the storage unit then unload it at their new house.

These guys are amazing! I had booked with a different company and had the worst customer service experience so I called to see if they could take me on last minute and they did! I called on a Saturday for a interstate move on Wednesday. Everyone I spoke with including the crew was beyond wonderful. They loaded, transported and unloaded my things oper in one day, 6 hours away, and the price was unreal. I really can’t stress how pleased I was. They are so polite, professional and do it all quickly. I highly recommend West Coast Express Moving you will be great amazed.

Business Review: West Coast Movers
As someone who coordinates logistics and outreach for a nonprofit, I understand the importance of clear communication and timely service—especially during major life transitions. My experience with West Coast Movers has been deeply disappointing and disruptive. They picked up my household items on July 25, 2025, and as of today, I have still not received my belongings. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I’ve received no meaningful response, no updates, and no resolution. My emails and calls have been ignored, leaving me in the dark for weeks. Because of this delay, I’ve had to purchase clothing, bedding, and essential household goods just to get by. This has created a financial and emotional strain that no customer should have to endure—especially when the issue stems from poor service and a lack of accountability. The customer service has been nonexistent, and I’ve had to take on the burden of drafting formal communications and documenting the impact myself. This experience has not only delayed my ability to resume work, but it has also undermined the trust I placed in this company. West Coast Movers must do better. Transparency, empathy, and follow-through are not optional—they’re the foundation of any service-based business. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the changes necessary to prevent others from going through what I did.

I would highly recommend this company!
Robert and his team came through when we needed a mover with short notice! I was concerned about my dining chairs in particular that are very special to me and they took wonderful care of them! All my furniture was wrapped perfectly. The truck came when promised and I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent!
We didn't feel like we had to watch them, as you do some movers, so we could concentrate on where to put things. A great experience! My only note would be to give us call right before they left for this early am appt so that we could have been completely prepared for them. They were patient with us, which i also appreciated. Excellent!

Definitely recommend!
The team that assisted me arrived on time. They were patient even though other residents in my building were attempting to move without a reservation and blocking them from being able to park. They were excellent communicators. They were extremely fast and provided great service throughout the entire experience. Definitely recommend!

Recommend this company hands down!
I’ve experienced many moving companies and these guys were by far the best. From professionalism, communication, coordination, efficiency, our crew (led by Russ) was fantastic! We were not present at the delivery location, but they communicated their progress with us, sending us picture and time updates which really gave us peace of mind. Recommend this company hands down!
