The crew actually handled things really professionally from the start. They wrapped furniture carefully, stayed organized, and worked nonstop for hours. Delivery ended up arriving later in the evening than originally planned, but the company called several times with updates which helped a lot. One storage bin cracked during unloading, but luckily nothing important inside was damaged. Overall a much smoother experience than expected.

The coordinator explained everything clearly ahead of time and confirmed pickup details the day before moving. The movers arrived on time and immediately started protecting furniture and organizing boxes. I was especially worried about a glass dining table, but they wrapped it carefully and it arrived without any damage. Delivery came a few hours late because of traffic, but communication stayed solid the entire time. Overall the crew worked hard, stayed professional, and handled our belongings with care. Definitely one of the better moving experiences I’ve had.
