Read More My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I strongly encourage others to avoid them. We were initially quoted for 1,900 cubic feet, which is roughly the capacity of a 26-foot moving truck. Just three days before the move, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with their team and provided an exact inventory of everything we planned to move. Despite that, the mover arrived and immediately claimed we had significantly more belongings than expected. The issue was not the amount of space our belongings required, it was that the mover refused to load the truck from floor to ceiling, claiming that doing so could damage our property. Because of this, there was a significant amount of unused space, and we were charged for an additional 1,000 cubic feet. I was also given no reasonable way to verify the amount of space used. The second truck was loaded and closed before I could inspect it, and some of our belongings were loaded and transported on the liftgate. Two weeks later, when the 18-wheeler arrived with our belongings, I was able to check the cubic-foot measurements marked inside the trailer. Our belongings used approximately 1,400 cubic feet and were stacked from floor to ceiling. The unloading crew independently confirmed that we used approximately 1,450 cubic feet. Simply put, we were charged for more than 1,000 cubic feet of space that we did not use. The original mover’s claim that our belongings could not be safely stacked was clearly inconsistent with how they were ultimately transported. Their initial quote may look competitive, but based on my experience, they will increase the price on moving day when they know you have very few options. Please don't hire this company.

I learned the hard way that they operate in a way that shields them entirely while leaving the customer completely exposed to all the risk. First, you need to understand that they are not an actual moving company; they are strictly an interstate broker. The massive "deposit" they require you to pay upfront to secure your move is actually just their non-refundable broker fee. Once you electronically sign their paperwork, you have a microscopic 3-day window to cancel. After that, they have secured their profit, and you are locked in. The most infuriating part is their absolute lack of accountability. Their own contract explicitly states they share zero carrier risk and do not participate in carrier payments or charges in any way. If the actual third-party moving company they sub-contract fails to show up, damages your household goods, or delays your delivery, USA Moving Group washes their hands of the situation entirely. The contract forces you to exclusively pursue the motor carrier for any claims, stating the broker has zero liability. When I experienced service failures, a lack of transparent documentation, and needed help, it became immediately clear that their customer service is non-existent once they have your money. They have designed a system where they win the moment you pay them, leaving you completely vulnerable. Do yourself a massive favor: skip the middleman. Hire a direct, reputable motor carrier where the company taking your money is the exact same company responsible for loading your truck. USA Moving Group offers zero protection, zero accountability, and terrible customer support. Look elsewhere!

I only signed with them because sales rep Dillon told me specifically they're NOT a brokerage, and my price would NOT go up the day of. The guys who picked up my stuff started extorting me for more money, and verbally abused me. I called and spoke to Heather the "customer service manager" again yesterday and she was nothing but nasty. I was assured I'd have my things within 2 weeks, but now they're saying they don't know when I'll be able to get them back.

When I told our consultant I was just getting quotes at the moment, he said he would drop $400 off if we book in the next 24 hours, so we did and paid a deposit. We booked, he sent the Bill of Lading which said I waived rhe virtual inspection ( I did not). We scheduled the Quality assurance appt. Where we were informed the price was not accurate ans they didn't do through their list of items to determine correct square footage. She told us to send her an itemized list, so we did and then her along with our consultant when MIA and refused any phone calls when I asked for an updated quote. They waited until 4 pm the night before our move to call us and give us a new quote of over $12k which left us scrambling to decide if we were going to continue to use them or not. We never received a time the movers were to come. After 3 attempts of the headquarters trying to reach dispatch and not calling me to get an update, they informed me they would not be coming on the day we scheduled and hoped they would come the next day because rhey were still scrambling to find movers because I changed our date (3 months prior was when I changed the date). As a military family, we have no wiggle room and they royally screwed us over and stated we forfeit our deposit. I highly doubt NOT recommend this company as they are a scam. My husband and I are now have one day to load up our entire house.

Read More WORST MOVING NIGHTMARE WE ARE STILL DEALING WITH DO NOT USE THESE WORTHLESS CROOKS!!! We are going on day 21 without our stuff. It is sitting exactly in the same spot in Liberty Hills, TX as the day the movers parked the truck and neither USA Moving Group or Panther Moving & Storage can tell us when our furniture & things will be delivered…HELL!!! We hired USA moving Group out of Fort Lauderdale for our move from Galveston TX to Crestview FL. Told them we were moving May 8, 2026 they subcontracted to a most disreputable company Panther Moving & Storage out of Austin TX that hell is still ongoing & the movers finally showed up May 9th. Movers got our stuff we were well under the limits with what we had & boxes it took about 2 hrs for things to get loaded. Once loaded the movers then told my husband he had to pay them $400 cash & not to tell anyone from USA moving Group or Panther Moving & Storage about it as it was for a “STEP” fee but per them it’s okay as they were calculating using “BIG” footsteps. Mind you this happened as I was out on our balcony paying Panther Moving & Storage our total balance due and I had no knowledge of this as the movers would not allow my husband to tell me otherwise they were not going to move our stuff. Needless to say when I did find out I called both Panther Moving & Storage and USA Moving Group once I was able to get ahold of them. Panther told me they were going to “look” into it and USA Moving Group said that was standard from the BOL. BULLSHIT!!! Nowhere on the BOL did it say that I had to pay an additional &400 cash and not let anyone from either moving company know about it because both of them know it’s FRAUD & THEFT but that’s the kind of customer service you can expect with this sorry ass brokerage moving service. Both Panther Moving & Storage and USA Moving Group are both impossible to get ahold of unless you are trying to book a move I have a 3 different numbers for USA Moving Group and both my husband and I have both called numerous times and I only ever received 1 call back. I texted that worthless Paris Greene that I booked our move with and if anyone gets him to “help” you to set up service with USA Moving Group hang up & find another moving service immediately. I texted him numerous times and that coward never had the balls to call me back. Once a rep does call you back all they say is it can be up to 21 days for delivery and as I kept pushing for a delivery date that was changed to 21 business days and again as my frustration kept growing the honest answer that it could be upwards of 30 plus business day but we have nothing to worry about because that won’t happen to us is what Panther said & per USA it’s only happened 1 one time that there aware of. We thankfully do know exactly where our things are we are we opened a complaint with a BBB on both USA Moving Group and Panther Moving & Storage and ready to contact the authorities for theft of property if it goes on much longer. Don’t hire USA Moving Group you will regret it. My husband & I do…our move estimate was $2100. I paid an $891 deposit $1269 total bal due on pickup and then my husband paid the $400 cash fraudulent “step fee” they are CROOKS. They do not care about their customers or the contractors they use. Again we are on day 21 without our stuff we have nothing and no one can tell us when or if our things will be delivered. We are exhausted frustrated beyond belief and disappointed that this kind of company is allowed to operate and take advantage to customers BEWARE. AVOID. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Our nightmare is still ongoing I hope this review will spare someone else the stress we’ve been dealing with for 21 days and counting. Very UNHAPPY UNSATISIFIED DISGUSTED customers

They broke 10’s of thousands of dollars of my property, left a massive hole in a wall in the place I was moving from (security deposit was not returned as a result) and will hold your stuff hostage and force you to pay before delivery so you can’t have an opportunity to inspect any damage until it’s too late. They tell you that your goods are insured, but you won’t work with an insurance company, they will force you into filing a claim with CSI pros. Look them up, check out their reviews.

Agreed on price, paid the deposit and was given an invoice along with a move date and back up date. USA Moving sub contracts the move. Day 1, no one shows up, he calls and was told they will be there tomorrow the back up date. So not a good start but was advised of this situation in the beginning. Day 2, was called and told they will not be coming at all the sub contractor backed out. Here me out, 83 has to be out of his Texas residence by the next day. USA Moving told him nothing they could do and his deposit would be refunded. How is someone supposed to recover on a long distance move when you have a paid a deposit the day of? These people don’t deserve to be in business. Have not a care in the world of how they treat a veteran, an elderly person or a customer for that matter. Do you think they tried to help him. Nope sorry nothing we can do. When we called to try and get clarification we were told the subcontractor can’t move him for the agreed price. PLEASE look elsewhere for all your moving needs. You have been WARNED.

He just failed to tell me the movers would be charging me for the cubic feet in excess of ? to get my son's belongings from his storage unit - I clearly told Stefan this move would be from 1 storage unit to another and he could have informed me of the extra costs it might entail - I was completely unprepared and upset. Stefan did tell me "I will be your point-of-contact all the way to the end of your move so if there are any problems, just give me a call". I thanked him for that reassurance as you don't get that often these days. When I met the movers at the unit and they quoted me what the "charges" would be, I tried calling Stefan, no answer (nor the previous day on another matter) but just then, Lilliane calls me (I had spoken with her before and she was a whole different person then). I told her I was trying to reach Stefan because he didn't inform me of these additional charges and she said "no, you cannot talk to him - Stefan is just my sales rep, he can't help you and they have the right to charge you whatever they want!!", I told her what he said about being my point of contact and she starts yelling VERY loudly "I'm your point of contact now!! What are you thinking, that he's gonna somehow manipulate your contract and charge you less?!!" and when I tried to say anything else, she yells "Do you have a problem listening?!!" I just said "this is not ok the way you are treating me, absolutely not. I need to report your behavior" and she just said "do whatever it is you need to do".
