I was on the third floor of my building, which didn't have an elevator. They handled each box and piece of furniture with amazing care.

His expertise in assembling furniture, including my modular bookshelf and designer couch, transformed my new house into a comfortable and personalized home.

Read More I’ve moved a lot in my life, but these movers were the best I’ve ever had. James and Richard were strong, efficient, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. They lifted and carried all my heavy items, including my bookshelves, dresser, and piano, without breaking a sweat. They also packed up all my smaller items, (clothes, dishes, and books), using their own boxes and bubble wrap. They were very courteous and friendly, and they even gave me some tips on how to decorate my new place.

Read More The actual movers that came and packed and unpacked ,for unlimited moving and storage, were good. Most could not speak English and if I had to guess, I would say they probably are not compensated as well as they should be. I got to UNLIMITED MOVING AND STORAGE through a broker, Which I didnt realize at first. COASTAL MOVING was the broker, who got $6,000 of my money to me to sign up. They led me to believe I would be paying much less then I actually did. The salesman sold me I talked to several people and explained I had 4 bedrooms and a large dining table and chairs, a deck full of furniture, a couple of couches, etc. They asked me to take pictures of everything I was moving and I provided those. When the movers arrived, they started their work and did a good job wrapping things up and moving them. I was told that when I filled up a certain amount of the truck,, that was all of the space Id paid for. . So when they arrived at that place I owed them more money to keep going. When the small truck they brought was full, they told me theyd need to bring in another truck. I said no, Id handle the rest. I still ended up paying an extra $3,000 several times . Some of it was on a credit card. They asked for cash sometimes, a money order and a postal money order or cash for me to get my stuff back from them after Id stored it for a month. Every time I turned around they were asking for more. $ ****** later, I was moved 2 hours away. Worst experience of my life. My husband had died a year earlier so they took total advantage of me and I allowed it to happen, shame on me. I just want to tell others not to use their service. Also, many of the boxes I got back were punched in from the top. They looked like theyd been through a lot. I have not unpacked yet so I dont know what shape my boxed items are in. Some damage was done to some of the furniture.

Despite the streets being busy for our weekend move, it was amazing how easily the movers were able to wrap things up in a timely manner. They took shortcuts during transit thanks to which there wasn’t any delay! They have my sincerest appreciation!
