They confirmed the move date two days before and called the morning of to let me know they were on their way. The team was punctual and arrived with all the tools and packing materials needed. They packed my books in small boxes so they wouldn't be too heavy, wrapped my fragile vases with bubble wrap, and made sure all my furniture was padded well. They made sure to place felt pads under my dining table to avoid scratching my floors when they moved it. At the new house, they were just as careful and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted.

I used them for both packing and moving, and the crew chief, James, was there on both days to oversee everything. The entire team was both fun and efficient. They wrapped all of my belongings very securely, with extra padding for TVs and couches. They even added protective pads for the doorways and floors to prevent any scratches. It was a move from a large two-story house to another, which is a big job, but they finished it ahead of time and under budget. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will use them again for my next move. They made a stressful experience feel comfortable and even enjoyable.
