Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
The night before the move, my employer cancelled my booking and offered no assistance in finding a substitute. They wouldn't return my deposit, so I frantically tried to make other arrangements. I will never recommend anyone.
The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.
We moved a piano, two bookshelves, and 15 boxes into storage. The movers arranged everything so neatly that I still have room left inside. Very impressed. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need storage moves.
James and Jack were fantastic to deal with; they were sensitive with my belongings and did a fantastic job. The phrase "anything is possible" embodied optimism and resolve in their eyes. Consequently, the pressure dropped rapidly. I think it's fantastic.
My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.
Avoid this moving company at all costs. All around a nightmare experience. They showed up late. The customer service was straight out of KGB Eastern Bloc style something. They took no care of my mom's inventory (furniture, lamps, household goods, etc) and ended up destroying or damaging over 5k usd of her stuff during the interstate move. And they offered a 40 usd refund after I documented it all and took hours detailing it. Absolutely do not allow this company to touch your move from home to new home.
This was my first time hiring movers, and I wasn't sure what to expect. They showed up friendly, packed everything tightly, and kept talking to me through the process. Not a single thing broke
While relocating from MS to NJ, we all sat in the car with our handbags, and all our stuff reached the new home in the same shape. When they came in, our house was a total mess; they gathered everything together and then packed each item and loaded it onto the trucks. The packing techniques were A-class and highly recommended.
The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
Our attic had holiday decorations stacked in old boxes. The movers handled them gently and packed them tightly. I opened those boxes in the new house and saw nothing broken, and I was thankful for their care.
