They helped us store some items at their facility for a few weeks before delivering everything to our new place. It was seamless, and they kept us updated on everything along the way as well. It was an awesome experience!

I was amazed to see how carefully they handled it. It arrived without a scratch!

Read More The movers were not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful. They argued with each other the entire time and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. One of them muttered under his breath when I asked him to handle a fragile item more carefully. Another mover kept making inappropriate jokes, which was awkward. I couldn’t wait for them to leave.

Read More I can’t praise them enough. I had a mover setup and they called that morning to cancel because their truck had been vandalized! United One Vanlines was on my list of previous contacts. They found a team for me and arrived by 11:00! They only had a two man team versus three. But they made it work!! Two amazing guys were my movers. They were so hard working! They had a lot of walking to do. They were so careful with my precious antiques and everything else.

I was quoted a price and paid my deposit. 25 hrs later Brandon calls to cancel my move. Informing me it would also be a non refundable deposit of 640$. They were a waste ... Read More I was quoted a price and paid my deposit. 25 hrs later Brandon calls to cancel my move. Informing me it would also be a non refundable deposit of 640$. They were a waste of time and it cost me because they canceled. I should have received a full refund. I don’t recommend this company.

Read More I’ve used a few moving companies before, but this was my best experience yet. First, the price quote they gave me was spot on, no shady last-minute charges. The movers were super polite and fast, wrapping my vintage wooden dresser with thick blankets before strapping it in. I was impressed with their speed—they had my entire one-bedroom packed in under two hours! My building has a tight elevator schedule, and they coordinated so well that we didn’t have to wait long. At my new place, they reassembled my dining table and tightened the wobbly leg that had been loose for months. Now that’s service!

We had to cancel the move due to an unexpected family health issue. We cancelled well within the 24 hour limit. We did receive a confirmation e-mail stating that our depo ... Read More We had to cancel the move due to an unexpected family health issue. We cancelled well within the 24 hour limit. We did receive a confirmation e-mail stating that our deposit minus 15% would be refunded within 21 business days. It's well over that, and after numerous calls & e-mails, we have yet to get our refund.
