When I called I told them the most important thing to me #1 was that I could get my belongs moved in with me at the latest on 12/13. Donnie on the phone assured me it could be done, but I had to move my pickup date up 2 days. Okay, no problem. Drivers arrive to pickup my belongings 12/7 in Dallas. They tell me they are going to AUSTIN (the wrong direction). Okay, whatever as long as the stuff still gets there. The movers didn’t dissemble furniture, and made 3 whole new boxes from things that were secure in furniture drawers to charge me more CuFt. On top of this they charged me for a “stair fee” despite Donnie telling me the 1st flight on stairs is free. I live on the ground floor. There is an upstairs, nothing beyond that. Lie! Today, 12/11 I get confirmation I can move into my apartment tomorrow (12/12) and I call to double check. EVERYTHING I GAVE THEM IS STILL IN AUSTIN. 5 days later and they haven’t moved a thing. Donnie assured me I needed the earlier pickup date to get my things on a truck headed to Florida. Yet 5 days later they haven’t left Austin. This company is an absolute scam, they won’t move your things until the latest possible date. Avoid at all costs and pray for me while I fight them for reimbursement and compensation

They left the empty plastic rolls just on the floor in my apartment, bumped and messed up so many corners that I’ll have to pay for. My bar stools have cracks in them. Would I use them again, absolutely Not what I paid and then to have to come and pay my apartments for damages that were cause on the doors from the move.
