Read More I wholeheartedly suggest this firm if you value the protection and safety of your belongings. Packers team is the greatest in the organization's existence. For the past two years, United Express Moving & Storage has been our first choice, and we are really pleased with the work they have done.

I was called the afternoon before the move and told that I would need to pay another $1200. I refused. I was then called by someone who seemed to be working from home who ... Read More I was called the afternoon before the move and told that I would need to pay another $1200. I refused. I was then called by someone who seemed to be working from home who told me that the movers would arrive on Wednesday between 1-5pm. A day late. But then on Tuesday 2 sketchy looking guys in track suits showed up and demanded I pay another $3K or there would be no move. They also told me they would not be packing anything or disassembling anything which was part of the original agreement. When I refused to pay the extra $3K they told me it would now cost more because I was being disagreeable. I refused to pay and they left. On Wed no movers showed up. I am now out my almost $700 deposit. These people are nothing more than gangsters.

Read More I was very impressed by the service I received from Carl and Jim, who were my moving coordinators. They were very thorough and attentive to my needs. Carl asked me for precise measurements of some items and inquired about the details of the furniture. He also checked if I had any special requests for packing or handling any antiques or sentimental items. He was outstanding throughout the process. He also made sure to verify the accessibility of both addresses on google earth and google street view, and informed me that I would need 2 26 foot box trucks instead of an 18 wheeler, which other companies had falsely assured me would fit. Jim was very flexible and accommodating when I had to change my move date 3 times in advance. He always found a way to make it work for me. On the day of the move, the crew arrived on time, wearing uniforms and bringing all the packing supplies as promised. They were quick and courteous, and they protected my floors and walls with boxes and blankets. They delivered my belongings in 5 days, which is very fast for 1800 miles! The only minor issue I had was a small scratch on one of my dresser, but I understand that accidents happen. I contacted Brittney, who helped me with the claims process. I highly recommend this company for their excellent work. They deserve 5 stars or more.

After receiving a few quotes, I got in contact with Ryan at United Express. He was very personable and detailed and took his time to go through everything rather then try ... Read More After receiving a few quotes, I got in contact with Ryan at United Express. He was very personable and detailed and took his time to go through everything rather then trying to get me to pay a deposit after 5 minutes like every other company. Ryan was also able to walk me through adding additional insurance to my move which no other company went over with me. My original quote was 642 cubic feet. I did get rid of a few items and also added some furniture items I couldn’t sell and it almost balanced out. I ended with 742 cubic feet and was charged the additional $115 for my extra space which was reasonable. The delivery took 5 days (Utah to North Carolina) and was just as smooth as the pickup. I highly recommend United Express Moving and Storage for your next move!

They didn't require any sort of administration or direction from me. What a fantastic group!

The company has no clue what they are doing. They quoted me $6,000 for the total move from KY to GA. $1,200 moving deposit which I was told that was for the move itself a ... They quoted me $6,000 for the total move from KY to GA. $1,200 moving deposit which I was told that was for the move itself and the rest of my bill can be paid off over time. Then to make matters even worse is I was GUARANTEED that I was getting a job foreman and 5 movers to load everything up in the 18 wheeler trailer. The day comes and we are waiting on the arrival of the team to show up at 8am. They never show up. I call the company at 12pm. They are expected to be here between 9am and noon. Closer to noon more like. So getting close to noon 1pm the first driver calls and says they’re stuck in traffic. It will be 4:15pm. 3:00pm they call again and they are sending out another crew because the first crew had a convenient family emergency and had to cancel their trip. The second truck crew comes and it’s just one guy who doesn’t speak good English. The moving crew is no where to be found and seen. Then the new mover ups the amount of money deposit from $1,200 to $2,000. And the new quote is just about $9,000. All that too say is the company needs to be shut down. Never going to refer anyone to the company ever."

Read More This move was a nightmare! We went with them because they said they were not brokers. Phil Sharp made promises and lies just to get business. They had a company (not them) call me to arrange the move. Problem was I have never heard of the company and had no idea I was supposed to deal with them. They show up moving day with the wrong truck so half my stuff didn’t move. When I asked how to get the rest moved I was quoted four thousand dollars for a truck to come for it. I had no idea who to call to see when my stuff would arrive at my new house. A week later, a driver called and says he is on the way. All this happening with me calling United express and them having no idea what was going on. The truck arrives and there is one driver to move in all my stuff. Apparently they put a list out on Craig’s list and hope people show up. No one did. I helped the mover get my stuff in. This all cost me close to ten grand! And I did the work! Please use a company not this one. I never leave reviews but I felt if I can save one family from the nightmare I went through it was worth it.
