Read More TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The rep we talked to was demeaning and disrespectful, they hired Fairway moving and storage to move our things and they tried to charge for every 7 steps they went up after we were told the 1st floor of stairs were free. We got quoted a price which included 25 large boxes and they still tried to charge us almost 2000 dollars more to take the rest of our move. We ended only giving them half because we didn’t have enough money. Stuff came broken from our boxes. Our bed frame was missing screws. Boxes were broken upon delivery. Please don’t waste your time with this company they’re scammers. They make it sound good over the phone. They don’t have their own trucks they hire other people and it’s always room for a loss of translation. Terrible service

The guys in the office and the sales reps who answer the phone do everything it takes to make United Express Moving & Storage customers happy. In my view, they are great for any major migration.
