Still waiting when they told us at 1045 am they were 1/2 hour away it is now 105pm.

All three were quite pleasant and polite, and I didn't hear a single grumble from any of them. Everything was unloaded and put where we wanted it, with marked boxes being placed in their appropriate rooms.
