Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Wow, United Express Moving & Storage does a great job. They made it easy for us to move things to our child's new home in a different state. The other two movers were careful and skilled as they loaded and moved everything, and Andrew was very helpful with the moving details. We will use this company again!
We appreciated the flexibility of the moving company. They accommodated our last-minute change in moving date without any issues. Great customer service!
Big thanks to Carl and Andrew for an amazing move from FL to NJ. Carl was so methodical with packing everything up, making sure each item was well-protected. Andrew was really was friendly throughout the process. They both went above and beyond to make sure my move was as stress-free as possible, even helping with some last-minute packing. They finished ahead of schedule and stayed within budget. Definitely the best moving experience I’ve had.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The way they handled my things was very careful. Both the new and old places were checked out as planned. He did nothing but work all day to make sure my move went well. We're all here to send you our best wishes.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Brandon and his team were very punctual and prepared. They arrived early, given the distance they had to travel. They loaded our couches and dressing tables within an hour and a half and moved them to NY smoothly. They were very careful with our furniture, which was very delicate and expensive.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
