Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
This moving service was a real lifesaver when I had to move from FL to NJ. The movers were efficient, professional, and more than that. Given the distance between the two places, all the items were received in perfect condition. Their customer service was outstanding, and I was very much content with the services offered.
The level of service was superb. The movers I contacted last week couldn't have done a better job of helping me relocate. Incredibly knowledgeable people who were also a pleasure to work with.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
My move to my condo was a breeze. Thankfully, the movers came in the same day I requested a price quote and delivered my dressers and cabinets safely too. Their customer service is remarkable!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
United Express Moving & Storage is the company we use to help our formerly homeless clients with their relocations. Movers that care about the customer and their property will always treat it with the utmost care. We value United Express Moving & Storage very highly.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
For my office relocation from TX to NJ, United Express Moving & Storage proved to be a reliable choice. Their positive reviews convinced me to give them a try, and I'm glad I did.
Honestly, Andrew and his crew rocked! He walked us through everything before they started. Then we loaded everything onto the truck. All three were quite pleasant and polite, and I didn't hear a single grumble from any of them. Everything was unloaded and put where we wanted it, with marked boxes being placed in their appropriate rooms. We've moved a lot over the years, but this move with United Express Moving & Storage was the smoothest.
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
