Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Really happy with the service of these movers. They managed everything in just few hours and also packed each item carefully. Highly recommended.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
A huge debt of gratitude is due to the moving firm. Moving from SD to FL was a major undertaking for me as a chef, and I had a lot of cookware to pack and transfer. On the other hand, this company is first-rate! They worked tirelessly and were really polite. All of my cookware and belongings were packed safely, and they made sure that everything arrived at xxx in one piece.
Thoroughly pleased with my first experience with United Express Moving & Storage. Their movers were skilled and dismantled our bedframes and dining table in an hour. Then they spent the next 3 hours packing them thoroughly and delivered them safely the same day too. I recommend them!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I fell for their gimmicks. I was promised a firm delivery date. After being handed off to the actual moving company, discovered that this broker has not say as to when my stuff is delivered. Also their quote to me was not even close to what I was going to be charged. Upon giving this company my inventory, I was told I would only need X amount of cubic square footage. After speaking to the moving company, they told me I would need an additional 200 cubic square feet costing over $1,000 more. Ended up having to sell a lot of my big pieces of furniture.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
