Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The 3 movers were very smart. The things they were best at were unloading, loading, and packing. To make sure my things were safe, they used top-notch packing materials. They also used cutting-edge technology and tools to make the transfer process faster. They could use tracking devices, GPS, straps, stairs, and dollies.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Andrew crew's professionalism in coordinating our transfer was a huge relief. They were very careful and considerate when packing our belongings, ensuring they would be safe throughout the trip. Because of this, everything arrived safely and intact.
I needed to move on short notice due to an unexpected job relocation, and United Express Moving & Storage came to the rescue. Despite my call coming just three days before the move, they managed to schedule me in. On the moving day, they showed up early with all the necessary packing supplies. They were quick but didn’t rush the job, making sure everything was packed securely. I was amazed at how they managed to fit all my belongings neatly in the truck. United Express Moving & Storage really saved the day for me.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
Working with United Express Moving & Storage was a pleasure. Throughout the move, Andrew kept me updated on their progress and responded to every issue. They took great care of my antique furniture and musical equipment and handled them securely. They helped me out with some minor repairs and modifications to my new house as well. I thought they might charge me extra, but no way. They were very humble while leaving, so I tipped all of them.
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
This team worked with absolute precision. They labeled boxes by contents, wrapped each piece of furniture, and loaded everything with great care. Max’s team was meticulous with everything, down to the last box. Definitely a five-star moving service!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
