Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Their ability to disassemble and reassemble furniture was excellent. They disassembled and reassembled large apparatus in a new location. Jack and his crew restored everything to its original state because they were so knowledgeable about furniture operation. It's all because of them that I am content in my new residence.
carl, thank you for going above and beyond to assist me in finding all those boxes so I could organize the rest of the day.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
We recently used United Express Moving & Storage for our move, and we couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They handled all my belongings with care, ensuring everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. The movers were punctual and worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly, all while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. I highly recommend United Express Moving & Storage to anyone in need of a stress-free moving experience. Thank you for making our move so smooth and easy!
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
I moved from DE to GA, and United Express Moving & Storage made everything so seamless and easy!! The two movers were very friendly and smiley, which made everything more enjoyable! I was very worried about moving my big Ficus tree, but when it arrived, not one leaf had fallen. That shows how well they handle their clients' valuables. Highly recommend!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
