Read More The company’s customer service was a joke. I called multiple times to confirm my delivery date, but every time I got a different answer. When my items were delayed by four days, no one bothered to inform me. I had to call repeatedly, only to be told that they weren’t sure when my belongings would arrive. When they finally showed up, half the boxes were crushed, and no one could explain why. Communication is key, and they completely failed.

Communication is very poor. They quoted me one price and it tripled at the end. Quoting department needs to listen and ask and review several time to get the right items ... Read More Communication is very poor. They quoted me one price and it tripled at the end. Quoting department needs to listen and ask and review several time to get the right items and for and accurate pricing. It's customer abuse to triple price at the moving date and then you have no choice to move after you gave a non refundable deposit. It takes alot of planning to get to this day and then have to cancel everything that is connect to the move. To reschedule with someone else. It's non professional at all.
