Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The guys showed up on time and worked hard the entire time. Even though it was freezing cold out they worked well in the conditions. I had some very heavy boxes and they had no trouble moving them. Very friendly and positive attitudes.
The method of loading and packing was quite remarkable to me. There were no problems with packing or loading because of the team's efficient work.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Honestly, I don't know how to give this moving business the praise it deserves. Everything from sending four individuals who felt like family (I wish I had their names but I lost the paper), to outlining the cost, to contacting to make sure my relocation is going smoothly, to explaining the cost! I was impressed by their efficiency in loading everything, their friendliness, and their clarity in explaining the transfer procedure, the fees involved, and what I was agreeing to. Anyone I hear is moving gets my enthusiastic recommendation. You may put all your faith in them because their service is so reliable and affordable.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
We were moving from a 6th floor apartment, and this company’s movers really impressed me with how they handled the logistics of the move. The elevator was out of order, and they had to carry everything down the never-ending flights of stairs. Despite the challenge, the movers were cautious, and nothing was damaged. I’m in awe of their expertise! Well done to them!
They ensured my relocation went well and took excellent care of my possessions. I recommend this firm to anyone relocating!
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
We had the best experience with James and his team. They were so fast and did everything above and beyond that we asked for. Made the stressful moving process so much easier. And very prompt with showing up at the specific time. Will definitely be using again!
