My parents' move was a breeze thanks to United Express Moving & Storage excellent service. Their praise for the great service made me feel better about missing the move. I'm grateful to Andrew and the rest of the team for moving us so quickly and clearly, which helped me trust their decision.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Cannot thank their movers enough for their generosity! I was recovering from surgery and couldn’t do much and unfortunately for me, I had to relocate within that period. But the crew took care of it all for me. They handled everything, from boxing up my kitchen to arranging furniture at the new house – it was all executed superbly. They truly were the very embodiment of professionalism!
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
