Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
My parents were concerned about the cost of hiring a moving company, but they managed to relocate for significantly less money thanks to United Express Moving & Storage . They were pleased with how the move was conducted and saved a significant amount in the process.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The movers managed everything efficiently and understood the unique aspects of duplex living. To ensure that our shared appliances, such as the washer and dryer, were ready for the next renter, they carefully unplugged and moved them. To avoid any interruptions, William made sure that all utilities were properly turned off before the move. They collaborated with us to ensure that our relocation wouldn't disturb our neighbor's living area, all while demonstrating decency and consideration.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
United Express Moving & Storage was a lifesaver! Relocating across state lines for a new job was overwhelming with packing, arrangements, and goodbyes. However, they handled everything for me. Their movers were skilled and efficient, meticulously packing my apartment in record time. I appreciated their help in disassembling and reassembling my furniture. This company made my relocation incredibly easy and stress-free.
I’m pretty sure all the other reviews are fake. This has been the absolute worst experience. They told me everything i wanted to hear to get my money then all hell broke loose - I was told if my belongings were picked up by a certain date - it would be delivered by a certain date…however once the date passed it’s “the contract says 30 days” 30 DAYS TO DRIVE 800 miles is crazy! please avoid this money hungry business. They also don’t tell you - you are only paying for sq ft of a truck and not entire truck so you “$1200-1700” rate will go up to $3k! HATE THIS COMPANY SO BAD
