Absolutely THE BEST!!!

When I had to move out of my third-floor flat without a lift, the team was brilliant. They were like machines, carrying large boxes up and down the stairs without any complaints. They managed to position my huge bookcase perfectly, even though I was sure it wouldn't go through the stairway. They truly have excellent problem-solving skills.

This guys are pros.

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.

The delivery and unloading went smoothly.

The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

Absolutely THE BEST!!!

When I needed to relocate from a downtown unit, these movers from United Express Moving & Storage were able to find a way past the lift's limited hours. Superb planning and execution—no issues, no holdups.

Worst move ever.

The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Exceeded our expectations

Had to relocate to another state, and I had a full apartment to move solo. The team from United Express Moving & Storage made it easy – one point of contact, clear estimates, and excellent communication. Every step was handled efficiently, and I was never left guessing. They were completely trustworthy!

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Very professional and caring.

Amazing experience! I was relocating and needed the move wrapped in 1 day due to a tight lease handover. This company’s team showed up early, loaded efficiently without shortcuts, and stayed in touch during the drive. Delivery was on time and everything arrived unscathed!
