Read More My move to my condo was a breeze. The movers took the job seriously and didn’t engage in idle conversation or anything that could possibly delay the move. It was finished within the expected timeline and I received my things safely too. I thank them sincerely!

Read More Avoid at all cost. The sales person will do anything to give you a low ball quote and increase the cost later. Initially I quoted for 10 boxes and wanted to quote again for 20 boxes. I was lied to that number of boxes won't make a difference to the price but until 4 days before the pickup date in the quality assurance call, they told me that's not the case and I need to pay more. You can only cancel 5 days before the pickup date which is before the quality assurance call so everything is designed to scam you with a bait and switch tactic. All reviews are from this year and all the 5 star reviews are fake with no pictures which suggests this is a new company created this year to scam people.

They supplied us with a moving company who has tried to extort us. It wasn't until the DOT got involved when we finally received a date to finally get our belongings (over three weeks). I'll be surprised if this actually happens. As of this day the moving company we were supplied with has changed names (in three weeks) at least three times. If you want a pass the buck company to work with... Who only collects their money, lie, and then wash their hands of everything.. this is who you should call. I highly recommend finding someone different

Read More If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I believe they are a complete scam and partner with companies that are an even bigger scam. I had a move scheduled for later this afternoon, and did not find out who the carrier would be until this morning. After further investigation, I found that the carrier was a F rated company and had numerous negative reviews, and Facebook pages created warning people to not use them. Why would a “reputable company” like Guaranteed Van Lines says they are, use carriers with such low reviews and constant issues. Issues, including stealing items, damaging them in the move, holding items hostage, and requesting more money in order to complete the move. I should have realized the red flags since I started working with a Guaranteed Van Lines but chose to ignore them as I thought a veteran owned company would be reputable. They lied to me since the beginning and were very hard to get in touch when I needed to talk to someone urgently. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE steer clear of this company to avoid losing your, more money, or even your items, if they do the move for you.
