I moved from my old place into a duplex across state. The movers came early and stayed focused. They handled everything well, and the timing matched what we planned earlier that week.
I arranged a family move from DE to AZ. The movers arrived early, reviewed our checklist, and explained how each shipment would travel. Ally stuff arrived in good shape, just like they described at pickup.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
My friend recommended this company, and I’m glad I called. The movers worked steadily, asked good questions, and didn’t waste time. They had the truck loaded faster than I expected.
I hired United Express Moving & Storage when we had to move our items to a new space. The team wrapped the shelves and tools before loading. By evening, the new store was ready to be arranged.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I moved from a three-bedroom condo to a smaller place closer to work. The movers handled all the furniture, including my big sectional sofa, with care. They asked where to place everything before unloading. They even helped plug in the washer and dryer. I was really impressed.
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
