Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Our office move was stressful because of all the computers and cables. The team packed each monitor in padded boxes and kept cables in labeled bags. They separated items by department, but they got mixed up. The move finished ahead of schedule, and I'm happy with how organized they were throughout the process.
I needed to move a fragile glass dining table and six chairs. The movers wrapped each piece carefully, secured them tightly, and reassembled everything in my new dining room. The table arrived perfectly. Five stars from me.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
The team helped me move my grandmother’s piano into her new house. Brandon directed carefully, and the movers worked together without rushing. The piano was placed exactly where she wanted it, without a single scratch.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled my move. The team was organized, friendly, and careful with my belongings. The Andrew and his team really knew how to do the job right.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
We moved my grandparents to a smaller home, and the crew handled everything with care. They asked where to place each item and set up the main furniture first. The movers made everything so smooth. I would definitely recommend this team.
