Read More Knowing this company is a broker, I would have expected much better communication as the middle man. Once they handed me off to MNS transportation, United American would no longer speak to me. They would give me no contact information for MNS transport so I had to wait for MNS to contact me. It MNS didn't return my call/text, United American still would not get involved. Mind you, I could not choose what movers I would actually get. That being said, MNS was wonderful when they came to pack their truck to move. They were thorough, careful with my belongings, used every bit of space so I wasn't being charged more square footage than I needed, etc. However, from there, things dramatically when downhill. They took the full 30 BUSINESS days, plus 9 to get me my belongings. They said it COULD be a 7 day moving time but no guarantees. I understand things happen but 7 days to 39 is a long time and I could not get updates unless I called 9-10 times. Once I got my belongings, I got a box that was not mine that included personal information if the person it belonged to as well as family photos. I was missing a newer box springs and mattresses, as well as missing pieces of furniture that they didn't even break down when they picked it up (e.g. they wrapped a side table up when they picked it up ,but they had broken it down sometime and did not even receive all the pieces up in delivery). If that wasn't enough, MNS said they were insured, but when provided information the "insurer" was actually an intermediary and it said on their front page that they are NOT an insurer. After I filed with them, about 3 weeks later, the claim was cancelled because MNS discontinued with them. I tried on multiple occasions to contact MNS transport (who's website does not have accurate contact information) to no avail. I have had ZERO compensation for their late deliver or the missing items. Please read the contacts as closely as possible because you will only get pennies on the dollar for any missing or damaged items. They also charge you $100 a day if you aren't available the day they want to deliver but you only get $30 a day they are late.

I came across the owner’s response to my initial review, and it’s clear that he’s more interested in protecting himself than in addressing client concerns. I have photos and evidence to back up everything I’ve stated here. When I spoke with one of his crew members, he spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, as if I were one of his friends. At the end of the conversation, he even warned that my words would be used against me. Little does he know, he’s crossed the wrong person this time! I’m not staying silent about this experience, and I’ve already submitted all of my evidence to the proper authorities. They claimed there was a contract, yet it mysteriously disappeared within 48 hours. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I urge others to think twice before using this company. I hired this company for a move from Texas to Florida, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. They initially sounded professional and reassuring over the phone, but it quickly became clear that it was all a front. I asked repeatedly if they would be the ones handling my move and if there would be any upselling; they assured me there wouldn’t be. But when the movers arrived, it was obvious that this company lacks professionalism. The movers showed up in an unmarked truck without a license plate, and they weren’t wearing any uniforms. The invoices were sketchy, printed from an app without any invoice or reference numbers. They tried to upsell me constantly, demanding $75 to wrap even cheap $15 pictures from Marshalls and adding $6 per cubic foot. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the mover complained about me right in front of me before handing over the phone! Things got even worse when it came time to pay. I wanted to use my credit card, but they told me I’d have to pay a 5% fee and then demanded photos of my credit card and passport! I refused and asked for an alternative, and they suggested Zelle, which felt totally unsafe. After I felt completely unsafe with the moved and I felt like something really sketchy is gonna happen I ask the supervisor to unload everything So they took all my stuff and put it out of my storage And leave. To top it off, they told me my belongings would be unloaded and reloaded at a warehouse before continuing to Florida, which wasn’t part of the plan. I’m reporting this company for fraud—they’re scammers. Once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about you. Avoid them at all costsk

They not only were late for every meeting point, but the movers broke so many items and things we had. When he called to file a claim, they let him through a massive walk around to even just submit a claim, we are still waiting for their response so we can officially file the claim. absolutely the worst moving experience ever. This happened 2 MONTHS AGO and still nothing has been resolved. Use this company if you’re tired of your belongings and would like for them to destroy them…

Read More DONT IGNORE BAD REVIEWS ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY, first off they have many if not all good reviews that are fake. Secondly they lie to get you to sign no matter what it takes. I asked if they use their own trucks, Dan responded yes, “they have a port all through the us” bullshi. Secondly, they give 30 days from the first delivery date then pay $30 each day after. Or like Dan said “the department of transportation gives us 21 days” (That didn’t happen) we had to pay in full. Picked up June 25, and our stuff finally got here Sept 26, funniest part is that our stuff sat in warehouse in LA being tossed around while nobody wanted to answer calls. We had a motorcycle that was dropped, mirrors broken, etc, tv broken ripped bags. This company isn’t worth using. Roxy is complete useless. Dan pushed us off to Frankie., but Frankie (who is supposedly im charge of MNS Transport)would straight up lie to me. I had a AirTag the whole time all of them would lie and say my stuff was on the way. Just so happen to be another trucker looking for loads that took our stuff to FL. Seriously just rent a truck or you’ll get screwed.

United American Moving and Storage did a fantastic job, especially with packing the crystal. The movers were careful, respectful, and ensured everything arrived in perfect condition. United American Moving and Storage stood out for their transparency and ability to answer all my questions. My instincts were right; the entire experience was spectacular.

This moving company has an appallingly bad BBB review and after I initially contacted them I did a little research and I think I dodged a serious bullet. Whatever you do, do not give them your cell phone number, I am still being spammed almost daily even though I keep reporting the number as spam. Do not just look towards trust pilot, check BBB as well as Yelp. Do your homework, your precious personal items will thank you for it.

This time, I was more careful. United American Moving & Storage provided guarantees in writing, which made me feel comfortable. They might not be the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for.

They even did a check with me to make sure everything was packed and nothing got left behind. They worked without stopping, which amazed me. I totally recommend them, a perfect five-star experience! Stop stressing yourself out and taking to all these different movers.They may be a few hundred dollars more than some other estimates, but it’s worth having a stress-free move.

The movers were super careful when they took apart our bedroom set, which was pretty new. They used really good pads and blankets to protect our furniture, which made me feel better about the whole thing. Overall, I would definitely recommend United American Moving and Storage to anyone who needs to move. They did a great job and made everything easy for us.
