Moving company in Fort Smith, AR
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team worked efficiently, maintained great communication, and ensured everything was handled with care. It was a smooth experience from beginning to end.
It is rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers. The team remained patient, answered every question, and made sure everything went smoothly. Their positive attitude and commitment to quality were evident throughout the experience. I highly recommend them.
I used U-Pack for a cross-country move from NYC to WA and they made everything so easy! Their communications were clear, there were no hidden fees, I was able to track my things as the moving truck made its way across the country so I always knew where my stuff was. From the phone staff to the forklift driver who carried my relocube up a steep hill to its final destination, everyone was professional, accommodating, and communicative. If only all businesses could be like this. 100% recommend.
I rarely leave reviews, but this company truly earned one. The service was reliable, communication was excellent, and every detail was handled with care. It was an enjoyable experience, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone.
From my first interaction, I knew I was in good hands. The staff explained everything clearly, remained patient, and followed through on every promise they made. The entire process was smooth and well managed. Highly recommended.
I recently moved from California to Texas. I researched every possible way of moving my 1 bedroom apartment, my two cats, varied houseplants, my car and myself to our new home. After reading horror stories about lost and broken items or moving companies who demanded more money before they delivered your belongings, I was pretty concerned. I found U-Pack and saw wonderful reviews. I'm so so glad I chose them. The customer service reps and the guys who dropped off and picked up the relocation cube were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had to change my plans several times (different dates, switch from part of a big truck to a cube, etc) and they were always very accommodating. When they took the cube away, I felt confident that my belongings were safe and would reach me in Texas. When it arrived, the cube was locked securely, just the way I left it. Things shifted in transit but nothing was broken!! How amazing is that? I will recommend these folks to EVERYONE I KNOW and will definitely use them when I move again.
I looked around for a couple months and U-Pack was the best solution. Phenomenal rates and the ease of working with their customer service team for questions and delivery times was exceptional. I would definitely recommend having anyone use this service for moving if you don’t mind loading/unloading the trailer yourself. They were also very quick to deliver my furnishings. The customer service in Las Vegas as well as Georgia was top-notch and they were very helpful in answering any questions I had. Definitely recommend!!
Driver's were both great, but that was all. UPack said my 3 bedroom house weighed under 3,000 pounds. This was a military move. I moved over 1,000 between 2 cars, so there is no way a full 3 bedroom house with 2 sectionals, clothes, tools, garden equipment, dog crates, king and full bed, 2 dressers, etc weighed under 3,000.
I will recommend UPack to everyone. They told me the price and how it would work. It cost exactly what they quoted, nothing extra added and they delivered the truck and picked up when they said they would. I asked for an extra day to load because it poured for two days and they allowed me the day with no charge. Everyone I talked to through the process were very friendly and explained everything so I could understand it. The delivery Drivers were friendly and put the truck exactly where I wanted it. Explained how everything worked with the ramp and the divider doors. I can not say enough good things about the service/experience with Upack.
I had an excellent overall experience with this company. The staff was professional, approachable, and committed to providing quality service. Everything was completed on time, and I never felt uncertain about the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
