I was really disappointed with the level of service we received from Transparent International Movers company. They were careless with our items, and several pieces of furniture were damaged beyond repair. It was a costly mistake trusting them with our move.
I contacted this company last year and I have never received my shipment. I paid thousands of dollars for a door-to-door service overseas, yet they never paid the destination agent and ghosted me after trying to claim it wasn’t their fault. I paid for my service in full and have received nothing. This company is probably committing fraud and scamming multiple users.
Despite the high cost of moving, I found that Transparent International Movers were rather cheap. They could pack and transport my belongings and even offered me free boxes and packing tape. Very pleased with the service from this company.

The movers' meticulous attention to detail when removing my bedframe and bookshelves was amazing. It was simple for them to disassemble it and place all the nuts and bolts in a transparent plastic bag. I heartily endorse them! Moved again, and the guys are fantastic.
We had recently hired this company to move our entire office from downtown Portland to another location. The service was excellent and I felt that they went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done smoothly and thoroughly. Our building also had many restrictions during the move but Transparent International worked within the confines of very limiting parameters and still completed the job within our timelines. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a move done professionally. Moves are physically and mentally draining but the peace of mind you get with Transparent International transforms a very complex task into an easily manageable event which will free up your mental bandwidth for other important issues.
