If I could do zero star I would

Transit Moving Systems showed up late, the driver had the wrong phone number to contact me. They damaged walls moving out of my previous house and damaged walls moving into my new house. I paid for them to pack 3 tvs and when I unpacked and set up my 65" tv, I noticed the screen was broken. The movers also tried to fit my refrigerator through spaces where it would not fit and after suggesting to them to remove the doors, they watched as I removed the refrigerator doors. I reached out to Transit regarding the cracked tv screen and evidently nobody wants to speak with me. I'm very unhappy with this company because they should at least have the integrity to respond to an issue. The movers took adequate breaks and I just don't understand how this company remains in business if this is the treatment they give customers. Take your business elsewhere, otherwise they will keep making victims of paying customers.

efficient and polite moving company

Working with Joan Pablo and the whole Transit Moving Systems team for our 2nd move has been pretty amazing. I really really really appreciate that our rep took the time to make sure the volume of our move was accurate as possible! Pick up went great. Guys worked hard. Handled my husbands 400lb safe without trouble. Delivery was perfect since they made sure everything that was disassembled, was reassembled and put back into the proper rooms. If I could give Transit Moving Systems 100 stars I really would! Thank you guys!

Exceeded our expectations

Transit Moving Systems exceeded our expectations as first-time movers. We couldn't have moved more quickly or easier thanks to them. We really hope that we won't have to relocate very soon, but if that happens, they will be our first choice.

I’m so grateful for them and I recommend them 100%.

They communicated really well about timing, they were prompt, and they worked really quickly while taking care of all my things. They wrapped fragile items for me, and everything made it through the move in good condition. Enrique and his team were friendly and patient, even though my original apartment was a mess, not to mention the three flights of stairs they had to manage. I’m so grateful for them and I recommend them 100%.

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time for pickup, and a day for delivery, despite having to drive our belongings clear across the United States. They were friendly, professional, and delivered everything in great condition. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

10/10 would recommend and use their services again!

Our moving team did a phenomenal job! It was 3 guys and they were helping us move our bridal boutique from our old location into a new one. They arrived on time and were super efficient, very careful with all of our items, made sure to clarify everything before they started and were overall very kind and easy to communicate with. Even the booking process was easy and the man I spoke to on the phone to book was also kind and communicative! 10/10 would recommend and use their services again!

Couldn’t recommend enough.

Great experience. Yuri and his team were great. Everyone was communicative, careful, and quick. We had items that were already damaged that we weren’t sure would make the trip but they took every precaution to make sure it was protected and every item came out exactly as it went in. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I have moved many times in my career - domestically and internationally. I can honestly say “there has never been a move without some drama!”. I have had the extraordinary experience of having had Transit Moving Systems move me twice - there was not one problem or hiccup in my recent move. The team who cared for my belongings were and are amazing. Easy to work with, on-time and careful with my possessions. There are many other positive comments I could make.
