Read More We had the best experience with Einstein moving, from our first phone call with them to the day we moved, they were excellent! We had Jaxon P and Brian T as our movers and they were so efficient while also being mindful of our fragile belongings. They were incredibly friendly and fast, fighting through the mid-day Houston heat. We trusted them completely with our stuff. Their prices are very competitive and totally worth every penny. Definitely recommend if you're moving soon!

Einstein Moving Co. is the very best moving company that I have ever dealt with. They were careful with all of my antiques, courteous and professional. Unfortunately, I think I was sent a very inexperienced team to move my two bedroom apartment to my new rental house less than 5 miles away. They arrived at 1pm, and the a ... Read More Unfortunately, I think I was sent a very inexperienced team to move my two bedroom apartment to my new rental house less than 5 miles away. They arrived at 1pm, and the actual move took over 7 hours, which is a ridiculous amount of time for a small, move. One of the movers took over 20 minutes to wrap a 36 inch square table, and nothing else went much faster. In comparison, the move prior to this took less than the 2.5 hour minimum and included drive time from Austin to Wilmette. By the time we made it to the destination it was already 5pm and at that point there was little time to discuss where things should go. They piled huge heavy boxes on top of smaller boxes, and instead of moving wardrobe boxes into the bedroom as I had asked, just left them in the living room with boxes piled on top so I couldn't access my clothes. To top it all off, I now have to pay for repairs on my washing machine because whoever tried to hook it back up stripped and cross threaded the connection on the back of my washer. Granted, they didn't charge me for the entire time it took, but I still paid over $800 for a move estimated to be under $500 and I have a repair bill to deal with as well. Super disappointed with this company since I had used them before and been very pleased. The movers were very polite and apologetic, but that doesn't make up for the wasted time and money. I won't be using them again.

Read More Hired Einstein for a move last year and honestly some of the BEST money I've spent for such a stressful time! I don't remember the guys who were the movers but they were super professional from start to finish. They made sure everything was packed properly in the truck and when we got to the final destination, they even rolled out a carpet for easy moving and so it didn't get our new place dirty. They re-assembled all my furniture and everything. 10 stars!!!

The quote process and communication ahead of the move was efficient & answered all my questions. Sam & Lordswill did a great job and were kind throughout. They even made me laugh, which was needed on a stressful day. All of the furniture was wrapped carefully & I felt assured that it wouldn't be damaged. The quoted rate exactly matched the time it took to complete the job - the price was a great value. I will be using Einstein again for sure!

Read More I've used Einstein twice -- one for a move across two apartments. Both times, I was completely blown away by the level of service. Einstein is phenomenal -- professional, trustworthy, thorough, communicative, and efficient. While I find their rates to be a tiny bit higher than their competitors, you get what you pay for...when it comes to moving, it's important to find movers you can trust and based on my experiences, you can rest assured Einstein will do an amazing job every time. Cannot recommend them enough.
