efficient and polite moving company

Working with Joan Pablo and the whole Transit Moving Systems team for our 2nd move has been pretty amazing. I really really really appreciate that our rep took the time to make sure the volume of our move was accurate as possible! Pick up went great. Guys worked hard. Handled my husbands 400lb safe without trouble. Delivery was perfect since they made sure everything that was disassembled, was reassembled and put back into the proper rooms. If I could give Transit Moving Systems 100 stars I really would! Thank you guys!

Terrible communication on important matters

Long story and even long journey - just know, I will not be using them in the future. The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

Exceeded our expectations

Transit Moving Systems exceeded our expectations as first-time movers. We couldn't have moved more quickly or easier thanks to them. We really hope that we won't have to relocate very soon, but if that happens, they will be our first choice.

highly recommend this team specifically!

They worked nonstop from the moment they arrived and never took unnecessary breaks. Everything was carefully wrapped and padded, and they handled our furniture and belongings with real care and attention. On top of that, they were polite, professional, and very respectful of our items and home. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Transit Moving Systems again and highly recommend this team specifically!

I’m so grateful for them and I recommend them 100%.

They communicated really well about timing, they were prompt, and they worked really quickly while taking care of all my things. They wrapped fragile items for me, and everything made it through the move in good condition. Enrique and his team were friendly and patient, even though my original apartment was a mess, not to mention the three flights of stairs they had to manage. I’m so grateful for them and I recommend them 100%.

I couldn’t have chose a better company!

I used Transit Moving Systems for my long distant move from Brooklyn NY to my home town in North Carolina. Every part of this process was so easy and I couldn’t be happier. They are so professional, efficient, and very on time. They were always great at communicating with me about what stage I was at in this process. They wrapped and took such good care of me of my belongings and unwrapped them upon arrival as well as put back together any furniture they took apart. On top of how proficient everyone was they were also super friendly and did everything with a smile. I couldn’t have chose a better company!

I will book them again of course!

The price was right and the service superb! The three young Hispanic Men arrived on time. We started with a walk through of the house, and he explained how everything would go. It took them 5.5 hours to move me out and into my new place. They dismantled the beds and the dressers, upon arrival everything was intact! I appreciate their sense of urgency when moving items. I will book them again of course!

They went above and beyond

They went above and beyond by packing some loose items that I wasn’t able to get to, and after the move they placed each piece of furniture and each box exactly where I wanted it. I had a full sized truck available to me to carry absolutely everything in one trip.

Thanks again for making my move so easy!

They were professional, friendly, and kept the whole process stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ belongings. I would absolutely recommend Adept Moving, especially if you have the chance to work with Chris and Alex. Thanks again for making my move so easy!

Couldn’t recommend enough.

Great experience. Yuri and his team were great. Everyone was communicative, careful, and quick. We had items that were already damaged that we weren’t sure would make the trip but they took every precaution to make sure it was protected and every item came out exactly as it went in. Couldn’t recommend enough.
