The price of our interstate move was not too high when compared to other broker's quotes. The road up to the house was not easy, but I did not encounter any problems until we reached the mountain with the shuttle truck to get to the house. The drivers appeared to be used to these kinds of scenarios.
The whole process was well organised and the whole consultation was a first to last telephone call. The representative was courteous and accommodating, the relocation process was smoother.
Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
I was under a lot of pressure and booked this company as my original movers canceled 2 days before my date. They fitted me into the last minute and were here when I called. This was a 3-person team, and they were very efficient, loading my condo with two bedrooms in about 1.5 hours. They set their prices front and center with no hidden fuel surcharges or ""stair fees"" as some competitors charge. I highly recommend them!
The entire experience was smooth, well organized, and hassle-free. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and committed to providing high-quality service. I was very satisfied with the outcome.
We had to store our furniture for 2 weeks, so we wrapped it and put it in the storage unit. I noticed that some food was in the wrong section in the pantry, and one worker moved it to the correct area. They were well structured and professional throughout the day. Everything was loaded, transported and stored without damage by the end of the day. Overall, it was a very smooth and stress-free experience.
Moving day would be a big mess, but it turned out to be smooth thanks to Top Nation Relocation. We had our TV lounge furniture wrapped in sarkes, our kitchen cabinets were packed carefully, and our bedroom furniture was covered with moving blankets. The entire crew was efficient throughout the entire process.
I'm usually stressed out when I have to move, but the people on this team helped me handle the stress easily. They stored clothes in wardrobe boxes and added additional blankets and shrink wrap around our dining table with glass top. The lead mover also took us around the house prior to them taking on the fragile items. As a whole, they were neat and orderly.
If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
The crew showed up just at 8:00 AM in a well-ventilated truck without a speck of dust on it. They reinforced door posts, laid floor runners and started to work immediately. The whole packing and moving process of our 2 room house was done within 5 hours. When we arrived all was set and no wall or furniture was damaged and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the binding.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
