Awful experience

I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone and when movers showed up, I asked if it looked like it was the quoted amount, to which they say yes. Then as soon as everything is loaded, I am hit with more fees to the tune of 8K with having already put down a 2900 dollar deposit. They will pull a bait and switch, please go with another mover such as United.

Above and Beyond .

I'm usually stressed out when I have to move, but the people on this team helped me handle the stress easily. They stored clothes in wardrobe boxes and added additional blankets and shrink wrap around our dining table with glass top. The lead mover also took us around the house prior to them taking on the fragile items. As a whole, they were neat and orderly.

Faultless service!

Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.

They Were Mind Blowing.

I really enjoyed the inventory tracking they had. The boxes were scanned when they were loaded and again when they were unloaded. It has helped to make us feel secure while moving, and everything managed to get to our destination.

Thank you for making it so easy.

We were transferring into a high-rise building that had very specific requirements and our HOA asked for a Certificate of Insurance. The company sent the COI to them within about 20 minutes of my request. The crew was able to move the freight elevator efficiently and ended up moving freight about 45 minutes before the move was scheduled to be completed.

Above and Beyond .

I was careful this time around, after having bad luck with another moving company. The broker did a fantastic job of introducing us to a great carrier that was fully screened and rated to our expectations. The pricing was clear, the communication was non-stop, and the move was flawless!

We wish you all the very best!

The crew showed up just at 8:00 AM in a well-ventilated truck without a speck of dust on it. They reinforced door posts, laid floor runners and started to work immediately. The whole packing and moving process of our 2 room house was done within 5 hours. When we arrived all was set and no wall or furniture was damaged and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the binding.

Very happy customer.

The price of our interstate move was not too high when compared to other broker's quotes. The road up to the house was not easy, but I did not encounter any problems until we reached the mountain with the shuttle truck to get to the house. The drivers appeared to be used to these kinds of scenarios.

Ridiculous Awful Experience

If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
