Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.
Mom's belonings were picked up in Roswell, NM on June 23. It is now July 21 and we are still waiting for delivery to Medford, OR. Next to no communication from Revolution Relocation (the carrier) or Top Nation Relocation (the broker). Requests for updates or ETA for delivery have gone unanswered. At one point, her belongings were identified as sitting in a storage yard in Mesa, AZ. That was over a week ago and the only status update we've received.
I was very pleased with my experience with Top Nation Relocation. The staff was very friendly, and the planning process was easier. The clear communication before the move was especially appreciated.
If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
The team arrived on time, was efficient and ensured that all boxes had an appropriate label. The delivery was quick, and there were no missing or broken parts. We recommend them!
I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone and when movers showed up, I asked if it looked like it was the quoted amount, to which they say yes. Then as soon as everything is loaded, I am hit with more fees to the tune of 8K with having already put down a 2900 dollar deposit. They will pull a bait and switch, please go with another mover such as United.
The price of our interstate move was not too high when compared to other broker's quotes. The road up to the house was not easy, but I did not encounter any problems until we reached the mountain with the shuttle truck to get to the house. The drivers appeared to be used to these kinds of scenarios.
Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
I'm usually stressed out when I have to move, but the people on this team helped me handle the stress easily. They stored clothes in wardrobe boxes and added additional blankets and shrink wrap around our dining table with glass top. The lead mover also took us around the house prior to them taking on the fragile items. As a whole, they were neat and orderly.
I was pleased with the relocation services I got from Top Nation Relocation. The representative was helpful, courteous and patient as he walked me through the moving process.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
