Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
I was careful this time around, after having bad luck with another moving company. The broker did a fantastic job of introducing us to a great carrier that was fully screened and rated to our expectations. The pricing was clear, the communication was non-stop, and the move was flawless!
The price of our interstate move was not too high when compared to other broker's quotes. The road up to the house was not easy, but I did not encounter any problems until we reached the mountain with the shuttle truck to get to the house. The drivers appeared to be used to these kinds of scenarios.
I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone and when movers showed up, I asked if it looked like it was the quoted amount, to which they say yes. Then as soon as everything is loaded, I am hit with more fees to the tune of 8K with having already put down a 2900 dollar deposit. They will pull a bait and switch, please go with another mover such as United.
Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.
I'm usually stressed out when I have to move, but the people on this team helped me handle the stress easily. They stored clothes in wardrobe boxes and added additional blankets and shrink wrap around our dining table with glass top. The lead mover also took us around the house prior to them taking on the fragile items. As a whole, they were neat and orderly.
If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
I liked the way Top Nation Relocation clarified that they are a moving broker and were able to assist me in finding a moving company for my long-distance relocation. It was all done efficiently, and I didn't have many surprises on moving day.
The team has assisted us in considering important moving aspects we missed. They were helpful in the planning process, particularly in completing our inventory, providing packing suggestions and scheduling the move. The representative was very helpful in answering our questions. Service was supportive and organized.
I had to reschedule the moving timeline and the discussion of the new arrangements with the team. They assisted us in reviewing the revised pickup plans and ensured the household list was accurate. The staff was courteous and responsive despite the changes. I highly recommend their company.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
