Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
We moved our ovens, refrigerators, preparation tables and furniture for our restaurant relocation. The crew carefully organised the loading, and all items were properly secured before transport. The move was completed without any issues.
The price of our interstate move was not too high when compared to other broker's quotes. The road up to the house was not easy, but I did not encounter any problems until we reached the mountain with the shuttle truck to get to the house. The drivers appeared to be used to these kinds of scenarios.
The crew showed up just at 8:00 AM in a well-ventilated truck without a speck of dust on it. They reinforced door posts, laid floor runners and started to work immediately. The whole packing and moving process of our 2 room house was done within 5 hours. When we arrived all was set and no wall or furniture was damaged and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the binding.
If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
The whole process was easy, from the first packing of the kitchen box to the last placement of the bedroom dresser in our new home. The movers were well-organised, diligent and very careful with our property. I would definitely use Top Nation Relocation services again.
I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone and when movers showed up, I asked if it looked like it was the quoted amount, to which they say yes. Then as soon as everything is loaded, I am hit with more fees to the tune of 8K with having already put down a 2900 dollar deposit. They will pull a bait and switch, please go with another mover such as United.
I'm usually stressed out when I have to move, but the people on this team helped me handle the stress easily. They stored clothes in wardrobe boxes and added additional blankets and shrink wrap around our dining table with glass top. The lead mover also took us around the house prior to them taking on the fragile items. As a whole, they were neat and orderly.
We were transferring into a high-rise building that had very specific requirements and our HOA asked for a Certificate of Insurance. The company sent the COI to them within about 20 minutes of my request. The crew was able to move the freight elevator efficiently and ended up moving freight about 45 minutes before the move was scheduled to be completed.
We were late moving and had to worry that it would be rushed. Instead, the movers have carefully packed our bedroom sets, electronics in the living room, fragile items in the decorations and dining room furniture. They remained professional throughout the short time.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
