They aren’t the cheapest moving company but the price was honest. No last minute changes, no drama, and the office answered the phone when I called. Would use again.
My move from California to Texas went about as smoothly as it could. The movers were very experienced and handled the move without any issues. All of my boxes were accounted for, and the furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. It took about a week for the delivery to arrive, but nothing was damaged. I am happy with the service.
Moving from New Jersey to Florida was stressful, but their staff kept me updated the whole time. I liked that they called to check in after the movers picked up my stuff to make sure everything went well. The communication was solid throughout the process. It made the whole process much more organized than my last move.r
The crew showed up just at 8:00 AM in a well-ventilated truck without a speck of dust on it. They reinforced door posts, laid floor runners and started to work immediately. The whole packing and moving process of our 2 room house was done within 5 hours. When we arrived all was set and no wall or furniture was damaged and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the binding.
Used Top Nation Relocation for a state to state move and everything went about how they said it would. Delivery window was a few days but they explained that before I booked.
I'm usually stressed out when I have to move, but the people on this team helped me handle the stress easily. They stored clothes in wardrobe boxes and added additional blankets and shrink wrap around our dining table with glass top. The lead mover also took us around the house prior to them taking on the fragile items. As a whole, they were neat and orderly.
My pickup date had to change because of weather and I thought it would mess everything up. They called me back the same day with a new schedule and it worked out fine.
Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
I really enjoyed the inventory tracking they had. The boxes were scanned when they were loaded and again when they were unloaded. It has helped to make us feel secure while moving, and everything managed to get to our destination.
If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
