Ridiculous Awful Experience

If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!

The whole experience was so pleasant

Top Nation Relocation was not the cheapest option I found, but I chose them because they sounded the most professional on the phone. I am glad I did because the price did not change once the movers saw my actual inventory. The delivery took one extra day because of a rainstorm, but they called to let me know ahead of time. I highly recommend them.

Faultless service!

Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.

The Worst Move Ever

Top Nation Relocation promises one thing and can’t deliver. I mean that literally. They have had my belongings including my mattress for two weeks and still do not have a driver or truck to deliver my items. I was told I’d have a swift move and during my initial inquiry I was reassured multiple times that my things would be stored closer to my final destination in North Carolina so if things went sideways I could easily retrieve them. Thank goodness for my AirTag because I can see my things are in Kansas City which was never discussed with me. That “first month storage free!” Deal is actually only to legally allow them to keep you belongings from you for 30 business days so that they don’t have to guarantee a delivery date. I will never use this company again and recommend no one does.

Good Communication!!!

Top Nation Relocation was great for my move to Nashville. They were upfront about being a broker, and the carrier they assigned did a solid job. Great Service!

Above and Beyond .

I was careful this time around, after having bad luck with another moving company. The broker did a fantastic job of introducing us to a great carrier that was fully screened and rated to our expectations. The pricing was clear, the communication was non-stop, and the move was flawless!

Above and Beyond .

I'm usually stressed out when I have to move, but the people on this team helped me handle the stress easily. They stored clothes in wardrobe boxes and added additional blankets and shrink wrap around our dining table with glass top. The lead mover also took us around the house prior to them taking on the fragile items. As a whole, they were neat and orderly.

They Were Mind Blowing.

I really enjoyed the inventory tracking they had. The boxes were scanned when they were loaded and again when they were unloaded. It has helped to make us feel secure while moving, and everything managed to get to our destination.
