We had dozens of tables, chairs, kitchen equipment and storage shelves to move at our restaurant relocation. The crew did everything systematically and ensured that all items were delivered safely. I was impressed with their attention to detail.
I was grateful for my experience with Top Nation Relocation. The estimate was straightforward, the price explanation was understandable, and there were no surprises when it came to paying. The movers showed up ready to go and stayed that way right up to the end of the move. Overall, very good experiences.
I was careful this time around, after having bad luck with another moving company. The broker did a fantastic job of introducing us to a great carrier that was fully screened and rated to our expectations. The pricing was clear, the communication was non-stop, and the move was flawless!
The one thing that stood out was how responsive the office staff was before the move. Each time I needed to know when something would happen, where I could park, or how to get to the elevator, someone actually answered my questions well. The moving crew arrived on time, communicated well, and kept us informed throughout the day. Great overall customer service.
If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
I highly recommend this company, in part because the service was consistent from beginning to end. The staff at the office handled the booking professionally, and the estimate was fair. They were professional throughout the move. Keep up the spirits high!
The crew showed up just at 8:00 AM in a well-ventilated truck without a speck of dust on it. They reinforced door posts, laid floor runners and started to work immediately. The whole packing and moving process of our 2 room house was done within 5 hours. When we arrived all was set and no wall or furniture was damaged and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the binding.
I'm usually stressed out when I have to move, but the people on this team helped me handle the stress easily. They stored clothes in wardrobe boxes and added additional blankets and shrink wrap around our dining table with glass top. The lead mover also took us around the house prior to them taking on the fragile items. As a whole, they were neat and orderly.
Unusual delays and lateness are traditional attributes of moving companies, but not this one. The team efficiently packed working stations, filing cabinets, monitors, and conference room furniture. They did a great job getting the job done professionally with minimal disruption to our business. I highly recommend them.
My furniture was wrapped with far more care than I had anticipated. It was a tiny detail, yet it caught my attention.
