The movers arrived when they said they would and started working right away. They handled the furniture carefully and kept things moving without a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Everything ended up where it needed to be and the whole experience was easier than expected.
Our move involved two separate rooms being cleared at the same time, which could have gotten messy fast. The crew divided the work and kept track of what was coming from each area. Communication between them was quick and clear. It saved a lot of unnecessary movement around the house. Super efficient service and an easy five-star experience.
This is a horrible moving company. After taking possession of my belongings, they requested additional payment for fees that were not included in the original quoted price. The final cost was therefore significantly higher than expected. They were very unprofessional and took 10 days to deliver my items
The furniture arrived without scratches, the boxes were in good shape, and nothing was missing. The crew also made sure the larger items were placed where I wanted them. Everything went smoothly and I was happy with the overall service.
Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They picked up our daughter’s furniture and, since then, we’ve received virtually no updates about when it will be delivered. Communication has been absolutely terrible—we’ve called and reached out multiple times, but no one can give us a clear delivery date or meaningful information. Entrusting a moving company with your belongings requires confidence that they will communicate and follow through. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have no idea when our daughter’s furniture will arrive, and the lack of transparency has been incredibly stressful. I would never recommend Titan Moving Company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values communication and customer service. I would give zero stars out of 5

I honestly thought unloading would be the annoying part, but the crew made it pretty easy. They checked where things were supposed to go and worked through the rooms one at a time. That was a nice touch.
