Our move involved two separate rooms being cleared at the same time, which could have gotten messy fast. The crew divided the work and kept track of what was coming from each area. Hired this group to move my 67 year old mother. Original price was 3500 then the day before the move my mom increased the count of boxes from 50 to 100 an additional150 cubes. That ame with a 1600 increase in price no problem I understand but then the day of the move my mother was told it would be an additional 1600 on top of the other 1600. They said she had 350 more cubes no explanation about what caused the increase was told their computer didn't estimate the correct cubes. So had to pay what are you going to do its the moving day. So if you do want to us this company make them come and look and set a hard price if not they will double the cost the day of the move and screw you because they know you have no other choice.
The furniture arrived without scratches, the boxes were in good shape, and nothing was missing. The crew also made sure the larger items were placed where I wanted them. Everything went smoothly and I was happy with the overall service.
There were several heavy storage bins mixed in with regular household boxes. The crew separated the heavier items, balanced the load properly, and worked at a steady pace. Their physical strength and organization really showed.
The movers arrived when they said they would and started working right away. They handled the furniture carefully and kept things moving without a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Everything ended up where it needed to be and the whole experience was easier than expected.
I honestly thought unloading would be the annoying part, but the crew made it pretty easy. They checked where things were supposed to go and worked through the rooms one at a time. That was a nice touch.
This moving company failed to meet my expectations in many ways. The movers arrived late and did not apologize for the delay. They handled my belongings without much care. Some boxes were placed incorrectly, causing unnecessary damage. The staff was not professional when I raised my concerns. Customer support did not provide a helpful response afterward. The overall process was stressful and poorly organized. I expected much better service for the amount charged. I would not hire them again. It was a disappointing experience.
Titan Moving Group provided the worst I have ever had. The original person who gave me a quote said he would be the guy I worked with the entire time. This was not true, he was not the only guy I got to deal with I dealt with another associate. Customer service when you try to call them is horrible. They will not call you back. I literally had to call every two hours in order to find they someone. They did not mention that my items would be placed in a warehouse, they were and it took forever to get the items to be my new location. The dispatcher has no clue what he is doing, he said he would give me a call to let me know when the item shipped. The items finally arrived and two hours later he said they were in the process of shipping them. This company is a classic bait and switch. Tell you what you wanna hear and then don't do anything they promise. Beware they are not worth using.
