These pro movers helped us to move our furniture and appliances, and they have done a fantastic job! They have been an expert help in covering my shift.
I found myself needing temporary storage before and after pickup and delivery. These movers provided the option, kept all my belongings safe for about 2 weeks, and returned them to where they had gone. Their storage service was as good as their moving services!
The movers were very nice but not chatty half the day. When we needed something they kept their focus and were pleasant.
I've heard so many horror stories, I was hesitant in hiring any moving company, but this company changed my mind. They were honest, professional and careful with all my valuables. I was provided with no permission and no requirements to worry about anything. I recommend them!
They carried out our entire home gym setup, which consisted of an adjustable dumbbell rack and a heavy treadmill, to Order #414, and they carried the cast iron weights out one by one and avoided any scratches on the door frames or floorboards.
It was hard to move from a house to an home due to the stairs and limited room. They received help from their movers who were ready to help with their dollies and straps. They were friendly, professional and in such cramped conditions they managed to move all the items without any hassle.
Order #MD-33821 was for the transportation of a home gym set. Truck #T-405 was equipped with rubber floor mats to set up equipment outside, as well as heavy duty hand trucks for loading squat racks and weight plates safely.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with moving. This company is a broker and once they have their initial money they disappear and are unavailable for any phone calls. They led me to believe once I gave him my credit card information that would have three payments come out of my card which they contract out different drivers and different movers in each person wanted to be paid in cash or they wanted to 6% interest on a credit card payment, which I was not prepared for and caused a lot of stress. Damage to my new couch, Pilates machine, two metal tables and I haven't gone through everything yet but I'm sure there's more damage and missing parts. Do not hire this company.
