Read More We had a last-minute move from downtown to the suburbs. The team called thirty minutes before arrival. They brought all their own supplies, like wraps and dollies. Each item of ours was listed on the sheet so they won’t forget or miss anything. The truck was packed in an organized way. They placed protective mats on the floors and stairways. At the new home, all things were unloaded by room. They checked in with us about furniture placement. The entire move took less time than estimated with no issues or surprises at all.

Read More Here is something that does not happen every day. I accidentally left my wallet inside one of the boxes and did not realize it until after the truck had already left my old apartment. I called Tip Top Moving in a panic, and the person who answered put me on hold for a minute while she radioed the driver. John called me back within five minutes and said he found the wallet and he would leave it under my doormat at the new place. When I got home that evening, the wallet was right where he said it would be, and every single card and dollar was still inside it. I am really grateful to them.

I had to move my son out of his college dorm in the morning and then move my daughter out of her apartment in the afternoon on the same day. Tip Top Moving sent two different teams and coordinated the whole thing so that I did not have to be in two places at once. They handled the college move in the morning, and another team handled the apartment move in the afternoon, and both moves went smoothly. The total number of boxes between both kids was about forty, and the total drive time was about three hours. I was exhausted just being there, so I cannot imagine how tired the movers were, but they did not show it. I am so thankful to them.

The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and clear about the details. The movers handled the packing and loading with care and kept the process moving at a good pace. They were respectful and easy to work with. The service felt fair for what was provided, and I would call James and the team again.

Read More DO NOT USE THEM! To use a different firm that respected your possessions, I would have paid an additional $1,000. Both the house we moved from and the house we moved into were destroyed by these individuals. Doors were scrapped, walls were dented, and our furniture was severely damaged. They paid us $54 after putting us through a lengthy process in the hopes that we would leave. We had to mail in physical pictures. The damage exceeds $2,000 by a large margin. Take your business somewhere else.
