I appreciated the fact that the movers would check the truck before they left to ensure that they hadn't missed anything. That little bit of reassurance helped us a little.
Edward went above and beyond. One of my boxes broke, and he taped it right up without me even asking. Super friendly and didn't rush me at all.
I had 3 different pickup points, and I thought that would confuse things. They followed the order exactly and kept track of what came from where, which helped a lot when unloading.
We had to move to our next location and this moving company was fantastic. 3 crew members came at the appointed time, loaded all of our large furniture with heavy duty blankets and treated our antiques with the utmost care. They went up a flight of stairs with neither a whimper nor a grumble. Worth every penny.
Two moves in one day is what I needed, and I did not think any company would agree to it. I had to move my son out of his college dorm in the morning and then move my daughter out of her apartment in the afternoon on the same day. Tip Top Moving sent two different teams and coordinated the whole thing so that I did not have to be in two places at once. They handled the college move in the morning, and another team handled the apartment move in the afternoon, and both moves went smoothly. The total number of boxes between both kids was about forty, and the total drive time was about three hours. I was exhausted just being there, so I cannot imagine how tired the movers were, but they did not show it. I am so thankful to them.
I made arrangements for my sister's relocation, but I wasn't there in person at either site. Nevertheless, everything was managed correctly, and I was informed at every stage. I found the procedure to be lot simpler with that degree of collaboration.
I can say this company was very helpful when I was helping my parents with their downsizing. The movers were extremely patient and respectful, packing years' worth of items and setting them up flawlessly in their new home. My parents settled in easily thanks to them!
Our retail shop moved to the new mall location last night. The guys arrived at the scheduled time to haul the clothing racks and the boxes of inventory. Each item reached the storefront safely.
They moved us from an home to a town house for my local move and was great. They covered all our wooden furniture and had shoe covers to protect our new carpets. The whole class got on well all the way.
