I made arrangements for my sister's relocation, but I wasn't there in person at either site. Nevertheless, everything was managed correctly, and I was informed at every stage. I found the procedure to be lot simpler with that degree of collaboration.
I had 3 different pickup points, and I thought that would confuse things. They followed the order exactly and kept track of what came from where, which helped a lot when unloading.
Our retail shop moved to the new mall location last night. The guys arrived at the scheduled time to haul the clothing racks and the boxes of inventory. Each item reached the storefront safely.
Here is something that does not happen every day. I accidentally left my wallet inside one of the boxes and did not realize it until after the truck had already left my old apartment. I called Tip Top Moving in a panic, and the person who answered put me on hold for a minute while she radioed the driver. John called me back within five minutes and said he found the wallet and he would leave it under my doormat at the new place. When I got home that evening, the wallet was right where he said it would be, and every single card and dollar was still inside it. I am really grateful to them.
Edward went above and beyond. One of my boxes broke, and he taped it right up without me even asking. Super friendly and didn't rush me at all.
We had to move to our next location and this moving company was fantastic. 3 crew members came at the appointed time, loaded all of our large furniture with heavy duty blankets and treated our antiques with the utmost care. They went up a flight of stairs with neither a whimper nor a grumble. Worth every penny.
These pro movers helped us to move our furniture and appliances, and they have done a fantastic job! They have been an expert help in covering my shift.
I can say this company was very helpful when I was helping my parents with their downsizing. The movers were extremely patient and respectful, packing years' worth of items and setting them up flawlessly in their new home. My parents settled in easily thanks to them!
I had them do a local move and I was pleased with the way things were organized. The crew arrived on time, they quickly determined what had to be moved, and started working. In particular, they took extra care with my sofa and bedroom furniture, due to the narrow staircase. All items were delivered in good condition to the new home.
The movers were very nice but not chatty half the day. When we needed something they kept their focus and were pleasant.
